Levelflow Foundation – is a non-profit registered in Poland in 2025 by a team of professionals dedicated to strengthening the capabilities of civil society and independent media. Leveflow Foundation’s mission is to strengthen civil society and media in the countries affected by the crisis of democracy with the use of digital technology.
The Foundation’s long-term theory of change holds that when civic and media actors are able to meaningfully engage people and connect everyday struggles to the erosion of democratic institutions, the rise of autocratic governance, and the weakening of the rule of law, they can help shape a more pluralistic, connected, and resilient civic and media landscape. Such an environment fosters deeper public engagement, transforming isolated acts of participation into a shared expectation of rights, justice, and democratic accountability.
In practice this means that in order to be effective in reaching their goals with the help of technology, civil society actors and media need a support system. The team behind Levelflow has spent the past 13 years building and working within such systems—designing agile, cost-effective interventions that enable a much broader network of grassroots initiatives, non-profits, and media outlets to thrive.
